Seasoned Pork with a Mushroom-Herb Sauce

Ingredients :

1 21-ounce package Ground Pork Patties 1 Teaspoon of Original Instant Gourmet 2 Teaspoons extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup sliced baby portabella mushrooms 1 Package fresh rosemary 3 Large sage leaves, finely chopped 1/4 Cup dry white wine 1 Tablespoon butter

Directions Season the pork with Instant Gourmet and form into 4 patties. Heat a skillet over medium heat for one minute, add 2 teaspoons olive oil, and sear patties on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove patties and keep warm. Wipe out pan with a paper towel and add 1 tablespoon olive oil. When oil is hot, add the mushrooms and cook until soft, 2-3 minutes. When mushrooms are almost cooked, add one sprig of rosemary and the chopped sage. Remove pan from heat and add the wine and butter. Stir and simmer about 30 seconds to melt the butter and mix the flavors. Return patties to pan just to heat through. Serve the mushroom sauce over the pork patties and garnish each plate with a rosemary sprig.
