Curry Masala Dip


We tried your Curry Masala Dip for the first time last week and LOVED it. I served it with homemade Chicken Tikka Masala, basmati rice and naan bread. The dip was very spicy-flavorful but not spicy-hot, so it was a perfect dip to cool down our tongues from the peppery chicken sauce. I made the dip again to bring to a New Year's Eve party (had a craving!) and served it with chilled slices of cucumber, yellow squash and zucchini, and everyone who tried it remarked on the intense flavor. For dip I recommend mixing it with plain yogurt and refrigerating it the night before so that all the flavors meld. Five Stars!
